Story behind Our Logo

A little history behind our name

Mayan Mamuni- considered to be the source of any of the Tamils, is worshipped by carpenters in Tamil Nadu. He established the 'Sanghapalaka' and even set up the 'Maya Sabha' for the Pandavas. Accepting Lord Krishna's orders, he constructed 'Indra prastha'- the Delhi of today, India's capital. He also authored 'Mayamadham', a book of sculptures in the ancient language of Tamil. It's contents range from structures of towns, cities, temples, and buildings, to the art of sculpting, appropriate building materials, land, dimensions, and directions.
